Sarah De'Lacy

Sarah De'Lacy is Centre Director for Surrey's SETsquared Business Acceleration Centre and Operations Manager for the Surrey Technology Centre.

As part of the SETsquared partnership of the universities of Bath, Bristol, Southampton and Surrey, the SETsquared Centre helps accelerate the development of technology-based start-up companies both from the University's research base and from the private sector. By managing both Centres this enables Sarah to grow ventures from the Acceleration Centre into the 74,000 sq ft Surrey Technology Centre which provides space for small technology (research, development and design) companies in one of the most prestigious Science Parks in the UK - The Surrey Research Park.

Sarah was one of the founders of the Surrey 100 Club and is also on the Steering Committee. The 100 Club provides the foundations for venture creation by enabling its members to take an active role in tomorrow's success stories and by providing investment and mentoring to SETsquared's ventures.

Sophie Hill

Sophie has worked with SETsquared for a number of years now.

She is very focused on helping technology start up companies get all the support and help they need to make them successful.

Joan Moore

Joan has worked on the Surrey Technology Centre reception for 6 years.

She still continues to do so in the afternoons but for the last year and a half has been working in the mornings with the Guildford SETsquared team.

Joan's excellent organisational skills and flexible approach to work make her an asset to the team.

Ben Partridge

With over 25 years experience in the IT and communications industries, a strong sales background and over 15 years experience as a director and managing director of all areas of business management and development, including start-up and business turn around this successful business developer has now joined SETSquared as Entrepreneur in Residence.
