The SETsquared Partnership's strategy is directed by the Management Team which consists of director representation from the enterprise teams of the four partner universities.

The Partnership's Advisory Board oversees the strategy and decisions of the Management Team to ensure the Partnership's role is in line with each of the universities' strategies - and that it supports the overall enterprise aims of each institution. The board consists of Pro-Vice-Chancellor or Deputy Vice-Chancellor representatives from each university.

Key staff from each university's technology transfer activities and the Partnership's Business Acceleration Centres are involved in the delivery of the enterprise activities. These key staff are supported by a small central projects team who maintain fiscal and project management of Partnership activities.
