Dr Neil Bradshaw
Dr Neil Bradshaw
Dr Neil Bradshaw is Director of Enterprise within the Division of Research and Enterprise Development at the University of Bristol, with responsibility for the University's enterprise agenda.
He directs the Enterprise Team in the development of education and training in enterprise and entrepreneurship, the protection of University IP, the support and development of technology transfer through licensing and spinout and early stage companies, including incubation, and improving the University's enterprise relations with industry and Government at a regional and national level.
Neil also directs the Contracts, Project Management and Strategic Alliance teams within RED.

Ron Humphreys
Ron Humphreys
Ron Humphreys is Director of Bath Ventures at the University of Bath. His responsibilities include the commercialisation of the University's intellectual assets and corporate relations with other major institutions. By developing partnerships with the private sector, local authority and regional government, his role aims to maximise the social and economic benefits arising from the University's research and educational activities.
His previous roles have included Head of Corporate Relations in the Vice-Chancellor's Office and Director of Innovation Centres. He has led major bids in respect of Defence and the London Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012.
Ron joined the University of Bath in 2001 having sold Farrow & Humphreys Ltd, a gift toiletry company that he founded and built into a global business over a period of 20 years.

Dr Tony Raven
Dr Tony Raven
Tony Raven graduated with a First in Physics from Manchester University and obtained his MSc and DPhil from Oxford University. He worked at Rutherford Appleton Laboratories and Osaka University before joining PA Consulting in 1983. He has twenty years experience of start up company management and financing as well as extensive international commercial and regulatory experience, particularly in North America and Japan.
In 1985 Tony was instrumental in the formation of Summit Technology, the Boston MA based market leader in laser refractive surgery, which was acquired by Nestle Alcon in 2000 for $893m. In 1987 he was a co-founder of Sagentia Group plc, a London Stock Exchange listed technical and management consultancy and in 1991 he founded Diomed Inc, the pioneer and world leader in therapeutic medical diode lasers which, after six years as a listed US company, was acquired by Angiodynamics Inc in April 2008.
Tony is currently Director of Research & Innovation Services at Southampton University, Southampton Innovations, Southampton Asset Management and Nanotecture plc.

Keith Robson
Keith Robson
Keith Robson is a member of the SETsquared Management Team and Director of the University of Surrey Research and Enterprise Support unit, which includes responsibilities for Technology Transfer and Commercialisation, Industrial and Regional Engagement as well as research collaborations.
Before joining the University of Surrey, Keith served as Director of Enterprise at Brunel University. Prior to that he had a career in the Electronic and Instrumentation Manufacturing sector, latterly in Managing Director roles.
Keith took one of his companies to a successful trade sale and set up his own spin out company in vision systems, which was later acquired by Sumitomo. During his time within the HEI sector, Keith has been responsible for establishing a number of major Enterprise programmes and was founder Chairman of the WestFocus Consortium of seven London based universities. He also raised finance for early stage seed funds to support university start up companies.
