Zoller’s 8 Habits of the Winning Entrepreneur

  • MODEL: A sound business model is necessary - have it evaluated and taken apart by people within the domain and by those who have done it 
     
  • LEVERAGE: Do what you do well, leverage the rest 
     
  • SIMPLIFY: Only try to revolutionize one aspect of the business model - businesses with only one new mode are more likely to succeed – don’t try take over the world – simple models generally make more money 
     
  • LISTEN: Take heed of the advice you are offered and the issues advanced by your partners, advisors, lead customers and clients – form your personal board of advisors now! Adapt... 
     
  • ACT: Launch and learn...execute now. 
     
  • PERSIST: Do not deviate, or let others define you. 
     
  • PIONEER: Think Big 
     
  • LEAD: Be sincere, genuine and passionate about your ventures.

I've come to realise - we make our own luck. So stop wishing and start doing... at least thats what i'm telling myself now.
