This workshop focuses on the business and financial aspects of IP licensing. Businesses who want to license their technology to another company enabling the Licensee to make products for licensee fees. We examine the ways in which IP should be protected before entering licensing discussions. Study which IP strategies are typically employed in the Hi Tech marketplace. Also we cover several business models which can be utilised in licensing discussions.
