Business Plan workshop

This full day workshop led by SETsquared Entrepreneur-in-Residence Greville Commins, takes the attendee through three phases in business plan development, firstly the basics of a business plan, its structure and key components. Secondly the workshop helps the attendee improve on a basic business plan by enhancing key sections like the executive summary and the marketing plan also giving pointers on good writing techniques. Finally the workshop covers the two main uses for a business plan, running your business and raising investment.
