Cricket Technology Firm Awarded Top Spot in Global Sports Awards

Bristol technology firm joined sporting elite at the global Sports Technology Awards in London on 4th May.

CricHQ, who recently acquired Bristol start-up My Action Replay, won the category for “best integrated digital media” celebrating innovation within the sports sector which significantly improves the users’ experience.  GB Olympian Marlon Devonish awarded CricHQ the trophy at the awards attended by industry leaders and international athletes.

Zeetta Networks and partners win backing for multi-million pound 5G project

  • Zeetta Networks awarded landmark EU funding for cost-efficient optical metro networks for 5G backhaul.
  • The winning proposal is a collaboration of 21 leading organisations and telecoms firms.
  • This innovative three-year project, METRO-HAUL, is part of the EU’s Horizon 2020 Programme.
  • The €7.78m project will offer solutions to the anticipated capacity increase of 5th Generation mobile networks.
