WORLD LEADING BUSINESS SUPPORT
Following investment from IP Group Plc and SRS Ltd, CH4E is installing its first Anaerobic Digestion unit on a Devon Farm. The unit feed-stock is cattle slurry, and the unit will run a Combined Heat and Power Unit to generate electricity and heat, both of which are supported by the recent Feed-in-Tariff and Renewable Heat Initiatives. This will enable farmers to utilise a waste product, mitigate Nitrogen Vulnerable Zone regulations and deliver a very rich Nitrogen fertilizer. The unit has low requirements for planning and environment agency permissions, and will also be applicable to the Food and Leisure sectors.
