Funded by the West of England Combined Authority the Hydrogen Sustainable Transport Economy Accelerator will be based at the IAAPS facility at the Bristol & Bath Science Park, and aims to foster and accelerate the growth of the hydrogen economy cluster in the West of England.
It offers a new package of innovation, investment, and growth support for start-ups and SMEs in the sector, including access to our online community via the Innovation Platform, networking opportunities, one-to-one clinics with advisors and academics in the field, and access to collaborative research and development.
The Hydrogen Sustainable Transport Economy Accelerator is poised to significantly advance progress in reducing emissions to achieve the region’s net zero aims while creating the skills and jobs needed for a wider transition to a green economy.
The Accelerator is open to companies that are innovating with clean hydrogen and/or sustainable transport and propulsion – across all sectors including marine, automotive, aerospace, heavy-duty, and off-highway vehicles.
We welcome applications from organisations that are an SME, a start-up, an individual entrepreneur with a registered business, Sole Trader, Partnership Organisation, Limited Company (Ltd) or Community Interest Company (CIC, CIO).
