LIF Advance Showcase 2022 – Exhibition requirement form

A day-long series of pitch presentations, showcases and speakers to celebrate the LIF Advance and LIF Global programmes.

For all presenting and showcasing companies, please complete the Exhibition Requirement Form below by Thursday 2nd June, 13:00 (UK time).

    Please make sure the details below are correct as they will be used in all promotional material and formal contact lists.

    If you do not have an imagery featuring yourself and the project/technology, please upload a high resolution JPEG headshot of yours so we can clearly recognise you. Please do not upload any brand images or logo for this section.

  • EXHIBITION STAND

    Each stand will be composed of one poseur table, one power socket and one eco-friendly promotional banner which SETsquared will produce for each company.
    There is a maximum of 1 socket/stand
  • Please explain in as much details as you can. We recommend you bring a demo or piece of technology to showcase your product. You also may just need a laptop for your demo/software. If your technology requires to be connected to power at all times or have any specific requirement please let us know.

  • ECO-FRIENDLY PROMOTIONAL BANNER INFORMATION

    SETsquared will produce for each company an eco-friendly promotional banner. Please provide the information below so the banner can be designed and printed for the showcase.
