Position Available: SETsquared Partnership Director

SETsquared, the UK’s leading University Enterprise Partnership is looking for a Director to take it to into its next phase of development in the UK and internationally.

Working with industrial partners, a team of expert incubator managers and senior University enterprise professionals, the Director will provide inspirational leadership to develop and implement major new projects and services and deliver added value to the members of the partnership. They will represent the partnership to senior clients and policy makers in the UK and overseas and develop targeted campaigns to raise the profile of the partnership and the individual members.

The SETsquared partnership is five leading UK research intensive universities – Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey. Together we employ more than 7,400 academic staff responsible for almost 10% of the UK HE research budget. SETsquared creates new business opportunities from university research and supports early stage technology companies with high growth potential.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience of generating mutually valuable links between universities and businesses and a deep understanding of policy trends in this field.
