Top 3 achievements:
- Developed an inclusive talent matching platform that not only makes creative talent from under-represented groups more visible to recruiters, but it also moves a key workflow online, reducing the carbon footprint of the process
- In 2022, it was announced that Channel 4 were partnering with Gritty Talent to build more diverse senior teams within their on-screen and production teams
- During lockdown, they were awarded £100k from Innovate UK’s Sustainable Innovation fund, enabling Gritty Talent to build their talent-matching MVP, which has won them awards including the Createch Ones to Watch in 2021.
