The University of Southampton Science Park has been named both South Coast Property Business of the Year and Commercial Landlord of the Year 2026, recognising its leadership in supporting innovation-led businesses across the region.

The South Coast Property Awards on Thursday 11^th June brought together the region’s property sector – including architects, developers, landlords and rising talent – at the Leonardo Royal Southampton, where the Science Park’s achievements were recognised. The event was hosted by The Business Magazine in partnership with Insider and compered by comedian and writer Scott Bennett.

Southampton Science Park was the only organisation to win two accolades, cementing its sector leadership and critical role in the region’s economy:

• South Coast Property Business of the Year: Judes said: “A unique property management company that has a flexible approach as a landlord and offers a wide variety of spaces for tenants. It operates an excellent business incubator programme that has been running for 10 years, engages with local education providers, and is consistently updating and improving its site in Chilworth – with the latest improvement being the Infinity Labs project.”
• Commercial Landlord of the Year: Judges said: “A hands-on, purpose-driven landlord and a long-term partner in growth – not just an office space provider.”
