Southampton win Enactus World Cup

After arriving in South Africa earlier this week, the Enactus Southampton team have successfully made their way through each round of the competition to win the Enactus World Cup.

Enactus Southampton qualified for the World Cup after becoming national champions earlier this year. Since then they have competed against 35 other countries and over 1700 student-led programmes to become world champions.

Whilst Southampton have represented the UK at the international stage of the competition before, this was their most successful year to date.

Enactus Southampton’s presentation at the World Cup focused on two of their international projects: SanEco and Right Light.

Enactus Southampton have over 200 members and you can find out more information about the society on their website
