Surrey SETsquared member, whatCharity.com, has secured £200k of funding from private investors and £60k of marketing related sweat equity funding for the platform launch in the UK in March 2018. 
whatCharity.com is a disruptive online platform where people can find, rate, communicate and trade with charities – making giving and helping more transparent, easier and effective. 

The platform helps people and companies to find the right causes for volunteering, skills-based volunteering, donating new and used goods and money. 

whatCharity.com has a seasoned team with vast experience in tech, start-ups, marketing, brand building and charity market.
The company is currently seeking additional £70K to close this round.
