Zeetta Networks will be a key exhibitor at this year’s Venturefest Bristol & Bath.  The tech-start-up features in the Smart City Marketplace at the event which takes place at Future Space, University of the West of England, on Friday 3^rd February.  Venturefest is part of the Innovate UK and Invest Bristol & Bath partnership and, after its success in 2015, is returning to deliver a year-long series of events celebrating tech innovation in the South West. Venturefest provides a platform for tech start-ups to connect with each other, and established businesses, to forge new links in the field of Smart Cities.

Zeetta Networks will be showcasing its NetOS® networking software, which seeks to change the way that enterprises and cities cope with the ever increasing complexity and demand for data. By introducing a unique network operating system, known as NetOS®, Zeetta looks to use software defined networking (SDN) to simplify the delivery of bandwidth to different user groups and organisations within a city.

Zeetta Networks is already part of a European consortium working on the Bristol is Open project. The day-long conference in February will launch the seven month long series of events associated with Venturefest Bristol & Bath, and will feature smart city luminaries who can share insights alongside global companies such as MasterCard.

After being nominated as one of ‘7 Tech Startups to Watch,’ by TechSPARK, Zeetta Network’s will be addressing sponsors, exhibitors and potential investors with solutions to the increasing demand for data in urban areas. The innovation showcase, this year a ‘Smart City Marketplace,’ is an invitation only launch event, but will be linked throughout the year to events that culminate in the Venturefest Showcase in October.
