With over 15 years\’ experience across higher education, innovation and the charity sector, I specialise in building partnerships, developing innovation strategies and supporting organisations to translate research into real-world solutions.

In 2022, I established my own consultancy business, advising organisations on innovation, collaboration and commercialisation. Since 2025, I have worked as a Regional Manager for ICURe, helping researchers and early-stage ventures explore the commercial potential of their innovations. Previously, I led collaborative R&D programmes at the University of the Arts London and spent over a decade at the University of Southampton, building strategic partnerships and maximising research impact.

My career is about bringing people, ideas and opportunities together to create lasting value. My experience spans academia, business and the charity sector, giving me a broad perspective on innovation and the partnerships needed to make it succeed.
