Dr Lucy Omeyer is an experienced innovation and funding specialist, supporting R&D-led organisations to scale through strategic planning and non-dilutive funding. She has worked across industry and academia, with successful bids securing over 10 million in support for high-impact innovation. With a strong background in life sciences and health, Lucy brings deeps sector insight alongside expertise in stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and navigating the funding landscape.
Sam Taylor, Associate Consultant – Grants, Ryan LLC
Since graduating from the University of Exeter with an MSc in Bioarchaeology, Sam has spent the last three years working in the Heritage Sector, supporting organisations accessing grant funding up to £10 million, firstly with DEFRA and then DCMS. Sam is passionate about supporting organisations to access grant funding, which allows them to grow and develop to increase their sustainability and resilience.
