Vidiia Ltd is a medical technology company, spun out from Surrey and Brunel University with technology created to increase accessibility to field-based testing for bacteria and pathogens within human and animal health.
Top 3 achievements:
- Built a super-fast, certified (MHRA & CTDA), AI-powered, portable PCR diagnostic platform in 12 months and achieved private and university investment
- Designed a game-changing test for TB that won a grant from the medical research council for a trail in Ghana
- Developing a skin test for skin cancer prevention and another test for equine. Trial being setup for rapid diagnosing of carbapenemase at a hospital in Leicester
