BI provides collaboratively sourced construction training courses and consultancy services, using its collaborative style working model and technology, as enablers to deliver our contributors products and services via the web.

We see a huge gap in knowledge management services from professional institutions on technical subjects. We offer a subscription service for B2B training courses and advice that is more affordable, accessible and compliant than the status quo. We set up BuiltIntelligence to tackle the lack of quality digital products we uncovered when supporting our existing clients in the construction sector. Those that are offered are unreasonably over-priced.

Our products are hand built by leading experts who are the real deal. Our approach has proved popular with over £300K of sales from our first suite of courses, with leading clients such as Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence. Our contributors to date include from several top 10 legal, consultancy practices and construction companies. With your support we want to expand our online academy with other technical courses.
