ChG Southampton Ltd

The products of ChG Southampton Ltd are based on a platform technology – a novel family of glasses that have many applications. We have IP protection on our materials, its fabrication and many of its applications. Our glasses transcend many and varied applications, in the form of bulk glass, optical components, thin films, microspheres and optical fibres. We are currently working with Guy’s Hospital, London developing optical fibre endoscopes for laser surgery at wavelengths for which current fibre technology is not adequate.
