Symetrica is developing new, high-performance gamma-ray detectors and signal processing software which will provide the next generation of equipment to screen for and identify radiological threat materials at ports, airports, border crossings and sensitive installations. They also have a technology pipeline which includes novel baggage scanning technology to detect explosives and contraband and image processing for medical diagnostics.
