WHAT WE DO
We use our experience with principled and grounded psychological models and methods to:
– identify and diagnose human-technology and team collaboration performance problems
– work with designers to use human-centred design approaches to designing solutions (training, technology, process, team design)
– demonstrate the usability and utility of those solutions through appropriate evaluation and measurement methods.
