Paul Wilkes, Partner, Osney Capital Paul Wilkes

Paul has over 15 years of experience as a Financial Services and regulatory lawyer, including eight years as a partner leading the corporate team at offshore law firm Collas Crill LLP. He built a diverse practice including advising on venture capital fund structuring and transactions, M&A, banking & finance and financial services regulation. He brings a wealth of experience in deal execution and is an invaluable resource to the Osney team and, just as importantly, to Osney Capital’s founders as they make important transactional decisions.

 

Matthew Lane, Founding Partner, 325X LtdMatthew Lane
