In addition, by taking part in this workshop you may be invited to join our high-profile Scale-Up Programme. This will give you access to exclusive events, expertise in growing businesses and dedicated support to help you raise public and private investment.

Who should apply?

The Innovation Workout is tailored for established businesses with products/services, customers and revenues.

It’s very much a team sport and is most suited to teams of 2 – 3 from the same company. There is no requirement to be in the same room – the workshop will be organised so you can all collaborate virtually. There is also no requirement to purchase any new software, we’ll take care of the tech and logistics.

If you’re an earlier stage business, our Entrepreneur’s Programme would be a better fit for you. Find out more

“For me, getting advice from these experienced people who’ve done it before was gold dust and I could have paid a fortune for that if the Innovation Workout hadn’t come along. I really enjoyed it because it was like a speed dating of ideas, it forced me to sit down and do tasks quickly.”

Alan Roan, Cervus Defence

“I came into the Workout thinking I knew all of this, that it would be nothing new, but I was so impressed. It’s not just the content, although the content is great, it’s the participation and feedback from everyone which has really helped me. I’ve now formed my cloud of thoughts into an actionable plan.”

Diego Grioso, Let’s Improve Ltd

“Prior to the Workout, I had lots of avenues for growth that I wanted to explore but they weren’t tangible. I’ve come away with three business models – one for now, one for launch and one for the future. It really does help drive a plan of action. It’s been brilliant.”

Phil Mitchell, Procordr
