Richard is award-winning Chair & CEO with over 25 years’ business experience in founding, running, turnarounds and growing global technology businesses, including Claritum,  HPC Wales – Welsh National Super Computing Service, Smart Antenna Technologies, Sofant Technologies, Camitri Technologies, Software Radio Technologies, Securicor Wireless, Intel Global & Linear Modulation Technology & Securicor Communications.

Richard is Chair of both the University of Bath Dragons and University Advisory Boards, past SETSquared business acceleration mentor, Judge for the Bath MBA, a Visiting Professor at the University Bath, and a Visiting Industrial Professor at the University of Bristol. Richard is also a Senior Research Fellow in the department of Computer Science and Electronic, Electrical and Systems Engineering at the University of Birmingham.
