AUTHOR: Dr Ben Voysey

Ben leads the strategic development and delivery of SETsquared Exeter’s core Accelerator Programme and entrepreneurial ecosystem for scalable STEMM-based, R&D-intensive start-up ventures.

The 12-18 month structured Accelerator Programme, which is open to eligible spin-outs and non-University ventures, currently recruits 40 new start-ups each year.

Ben joined SETsquared in May 2019 after running his own life sciences business (2012-2017) and holding various leadership and senior management roles with Enzo Life Sciences (NYSE: ENZ) and BIOMOL International LP.

Ben holds a BSc in Chemistry and PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
